Dietrich is an Expressionist. The soul quenching power felt in his work remind this writer of masters like Francisco de Goya, Wassily Kandinsky, Francisco Bacon and many others. At the same time, his innocence is also reflected in these works. The painting, which, at first instance look like child’s meaningless, doodles grow on the viewers in the course of observation. The untitled work leaves the onlookers to decipher the meaning by themselves. Infact ,individuals viewers can draw a connection of the works with his or her subconscious storehouse and extract significant meaning out of the same.

The source of Kerky’s creations is to be found not only in his past extremely multi-layered curriculum between theatre, film industry & culture politics but in his awareness beyond the mind – in the very moment when his colors meet his canvas.

One of his core concepts is ‘No Concept’ – following the flow of the happenings in the Here & Now.

Inspired by emerging forms, shapes & shadows he is carried away by upcoming associations, tales of people around him & sudden surprises on his canvas – melting into the whole, one with his brush, canvas, color – in a move blind of love.

Mysterious figurative & informal elements embedded in local scenery, shapes not to be identified at a glance, limbs, faces & bodies in astonishing combination create

• The Invisible

the meaningful, the meaning beyond. Kerky’s paintings are granting us a freedom look into the mirror of self perception; his work encourages new answers on the never ending and always new question of “ Who Am I ? “

Every human defines a world on his own : Kerky’s work reflects the space & the vibration of the worlds between beings – worlds between ourselves and the world.
