Rajeshree Thakker from Chicalim is a graduate in visual art from the Goa College of Art in 1986. Winner of theHarmonyaward for the Emerging Artist, 2001 as well as State Art awards from 1986 onwards to Lalit Kala Academy’s Millennium art award her career has been marked by several invitations to camps and exhibitions around the world including Cambodia, Germany and Hong Kong. Her accomplishments include being a participant ofBioscope, an exhibition commemorating the centenary year of Indian cinema in 2013 and an invitation to exhibit at ashow on Goan art in Hyderabad in February 2015.
